Sir,–” Musaeus” asks me: What about “Rory Mòr MacLeod’s Lament”? a beautiful piobaireachd. Yes, it is; but the piobaireachd theme is far different from the melody of the song with words as east is from west. If “Musaeus” were a piper, he would never ask such a question.–I am, etc.,
